A Spokane native, Luke Williams has been involved in business, government, and charity. In 1946 he and his brothers formed Williams Brothers Neon in Spokane. In 1953 he and his brother, Charles, restructured and reformed that company to create American Sign & Indicator Corporation, which became the world’s largest electronic sign company.
